We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow two (2) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days. If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact us.
Items weighing 1.5 kilos or less are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class post. Heavier items are dispatched via carriers on a next working day service (Fedex or UK Mail). A signature is required for goods received via this method. Goods cannot be left at the destination without a signature. Goods may be left at an alternative destination if no one is in to sign for them. Please advise if this is the case. Overnight next working day delivery is available at £6.95 + VAT per consignmnent on consignments not autamatically sent by this method, subject to location. Should an item in your order be temporarilly out of stock, we will wait until the order is complete before dispatch unless informed otherwise. Generally should this happen the delay in shipping is usually no more than three (3) working days.
